Our Journey - Our Mission

Our journey began with a simple mission: to transform the everyday cup of coffee into something anyone can enjoy—no bitterness, just rounded, beautiful flavour. That mission gave rise to our very first blend: On the House (OTH).

Bitterness? We don’t believe in it! Whether you’re all about filter coffee or chasing the dream of the perfect Flat White, our OTH blend was created to bring smoothness, balance, and joy to every cup.

Good Coffee. Better Planet.

But at Mini & Mighty, we don’t believe in stopping at “good enough.” That’s why we’ve developed a range of five daily blends to suit everyone’s taste, including our Fairtrade offering, Miss Molly. It’s coffee you can feel good about—from bean to brew.

Sustainability is important to all that we do at Mini & Mighty. We proudly support traceable, ethical sourcing, working closely with our roasters, farmers and cooperatives around the world. We roast in larger batches and gas-flush every coffee bag to lock in freshness and reduce waste, helping us keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.

We care about the planet just as much as we care about our coffee. That’s why our packaging is designed to be sustainable—because at Mini & Mighty, great coffee and caring for the environment go hand-in-hand.

Our Team

Mini & Mighty is proudly run by husband-and-wife duo, Mark and Jo, with a shared passion for great coffee, exceptional service, and helping other businesses thrive. As a family-run business, we care deeply about the people we work with — and we’re involved in every part of what we do, from sourcing our coffee to machine installation and customer support.

Behind the scenes, we’re backed by a trusted team of experienced partners and industry professionals — from expert roasters and Q-graders to machine manufacturers, technicians, service engineers, and even shop-fitters. If it’s coffee-related, we can make it happen.

We’re Mini & Mighty — small by name, mighty by nature. Whether you run a hotel, café, restaurant or you’re just a coffee enthusiast in general, we’d love to brew something brilliant with you.

From compostable cups and lids to eco-friendly wooden stirrers and state-of-the-art coffee equipment, Mini & Mighty is your go-to source for expert advice, practical support, and sustainable coffee solutions.

We provide everything you need to serve every cup, brewed to perfection, including commercial coffee machines, barista training, and on-site setup to ensure your grinder and machine are correctly dialled in for our exceptional coffee. Our goal is simple: help your business deliver consistently great coffee to every customer.

At Mini & Mighty, we only supply products we genuinely believe in — not just what’s profitable. We’re proud to offer 100% Arabica coffee, high-quality teas, and a full range of great beverage-related products. Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers is at the heart of everything we do.
